"Me and my fiancé's journey towards getting my fiancé visa was not an easy venture. We faced a lot of challenges, bumps along the road and detours along the way. We surely needed help and with the referral from my friend whom Atty. Ken has also handled their case and helped them get their visa, we were able to get Atty. Ken as our immigration lawyer and after that, everything fell into place. And this is our story.... Me and my fiancé (Who is my husband now by the way) were College sweethearts. We were already at the 7th year of our relationship when my fiancé got his US citizenship and at last was able to sponsor me for fiancé visa. So we hired an immigration lawyer to guide us appropriately in our processing (Note: It was a different lawyer because at that time, we didn't know about Atty. Ken yet). What I felt not right with our previous lawyer was that during our preparation for filing and throughout the processing, everything felt vague. Instructions were not as clear and we were not systematically told what to expect and so I have to search and read about the visa processing to make sure everything is set. I had my doubts when we sent our application because I know that one of the requirements was to see your fiancé within 2 yrs and me and my fiancé have not yet seen each other for 2 yrs and 6 months but the lawyer said it was okay since my fiancé will be visiting me in the Philippines by October 2015 and we sent and filed our application by September 2015. Well, it turned out to be a bad move and seven months later, by April 2016, my fiancé received a letter from the USCIS that said our application has been denied. Our previous lawyer wasn't able to help us at all. Time, effort and money wasted. But as the saying goes, there's light at the end of the tunnel and fortunately, we found ours not too long from the day we heard the bad news. My friend told me about their lawyer and how great he is and very systematic and organized in handling their visa application. His name was ATTY. KEN GARCIA. My friend gave us his email address and so we contacted him and my fiancé went to his office. Atty. Ken was very accommodating and kind, you can easily talk to him and feel at ease. We told him about our situation and we asked if what are the steps we can do to remedy the problem and Atty. Ken gave us concise options and systematic steps to follow. What I liked about Atty. Ken was that he is very clear with his instructions- neatly and systematically laid out for us to comprehend easily. We can contact him anytime whenever we have questions and he responds in a timely manner which is very convenient for me since we have different time zones - I'm in the Philippines at that time and he's in the US and we communicate through email. With my Fiancé visa, it only took 4 months to process everything, we submitted our application by June and by August, thanks to Atty. Ken who was meticulous with ensuring that all our documents are complete and appropriate, our petition was approved. After that, he gave me a step-by-step process on what to do and what to expect with the next steps to take during my medical exam and embassy interview. By October, I was approved and good to go! Yes, it was an ecstatic feeling! Me and my fiancé imagined that happening so many times before but could not actually believe that it was actually happening at the moment, it all felt like a dream. A dream come true, indeed! By December 2016, I arrived here in the US and got married to my fiancé. By February 2017, we were able to submit the documents for my permanent resident application. Big thanks to Atty. Ken who have always given us convenience when it comes to handling our paperworks. He prepares everything, he gives us questionnaires thru email ahead of time that we need to answer and then he sends us the already filled out documents and all we need to do is check if all the details are exact and correct and sign it. And once everything is set, he mails our documents and informs us every now and then for any updates. By May, I received my Working permit and we (me and my husband) were surprised that by August I received my greencard! In just 6 months, I became a permanent resident here in the US. It was such a very happy moment for us. We were not expecting it since we were waiting for my interview for my permanent resident application but it seems that Atty. Ken really did a great job in helping us prepare all the needed documents to submit that was very satisfactory that I didn't undergo an interview anymore. I am very thankful that Atty. Ken has been our lawyer. Since day 1, he has been with us, guiding us all throughout the way from my Fiancé visa application until I got here in the US and also with my greencard application and now I am a US permanent resident. Kudos to Atty. Ken!"

"Atty. Garcia helped me with my immigration application and concerns and I am glad that he did.  I had a pending unsubstantiated complaint filed against me before a government office and I was so worried that it would jeopardize my application.  He did a thorough research and attached documents on my application and all went well without questions!  His dedication to his profession and his clients' cause make me proud to recommend him without any doubt!"

"Ken helped me file for the sponsorship of my dad's permanent resident status, as well as my brother's.  He was very helpful every step of the way.  He always answered my million questions in a timely manner.  He was very reassuring whenever concerns and issues arose, and offered a plan and solution to each one.  To top it all, his rates are so reasonable and affordable. Highly recommend!

"Our lawyer was competently answering the RFEs but he wouldn't entertain "what if" questions and the paranoia of losing our case and deportation were ours to suffer alone.  A friend then recommended Atty Ken Garcia for a second opinion of our case.  In the short span of time that we interacted over phone and email, this lawyer gave me the answers to my fears, and most importantly gave them for free!  He went over my case via a very simple but comprehensive questionnaire then got back to me promptly.  With a professional and ethical flair, he comforted us about our case' prospects of getting approved and to give our lawyer a chance and wait for the USCIS decision.  But what really impressed me was when he advised me of options in case I lost my case, giving me legal remedies that I never heard before, particularly INA 245K.  This law plus his simple reminder that worrying about the case won't help but would only make things worse.  My case eventually got approved after a long wait but somehow his advise made the wait bearable.  And I have a strong feeling INA 245k helped us to eventually get our GCs with no more questions asked.  I didn't get to formally hire Atty Ken Garcia but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him."
